CRISIS/EMERGENCY RESPONSE
KIT IN AN EMERGENCY ONE DOES NOT HAVE TIME TO PUT TOGETHER NEEDED ITEMS! It is recommended that each school have access to this kit. The briefcase kit contains name tags or Identification badges (picture type at additional cost), notebooks, pens, markers, batteries, first aid supplies, whistle, and tape. Separate placards with directional words such as "PARENTS", "COUNSELORS", "MEDIA", "CLERGY", "VOLUNTEERS", "KEEP OUT", etc. There is yellow caution tape, copies of students records (provided by school), especially health and identification information (a current copy of yearbook, also provided by school) and a copy of the Crisis Response Plan (if you don't have one Keys can help). Optional: 2 hand-held radios & Forever Flash Light.
