for the Use of the trademarks and Related Marks on the Internet
Place a link to Keys To Safer Schools.com on your Web site -- here's
how or interested in seeing if you meet the criteria
to be given a Keys' School-Friendly Site Award TM.
Otherwise, the following guidelines generally apply to the use of Lock Out
Violence Everyday Campaign, "Not in my school, Not in my home, Not
in my community," and related marks on the Internet, with or without
related text.

All of the rules set forth in the Basic
Guidelines apply to the use of trademarks and related marks on the
Internet. This includes requirements for advance permission
from Keys To Safer Schools.com.

Only organizations that are nonprofit, schools or government agencies will generally receive favorable
consideration for permission. Exceptions may be made for official
licensees and corporate partners of Keys To Safer Schools.com.

Permission must be granted in advance of the images and related
trademarks appearing in any electronic form. Keys To Safer Schools.com
will thoroughly review the context in which the marks will be used
before permission for use is granted.

Any web or internet site using the trade/service marks or slogans must
also contain on the same site a link to
Keys
To Safer Schools.com.

Organizations may not use any of the trade or service marks in any way
that implies that they are legal owners or caretakers of those.

Only approved artwork may be used and appropriate service marks must be
retained in a manner integral to the campaign image.

Images may not be altered once approved.

On each page where an image or slogan is used, there must appear the
appropriate words and/or phrases as follows:

Violence Everyday®, Lock Out
Violence Everyday
Campaign®,
"Not in my school, Not in my home, Not in my community®"
and is/are registered marks of Keys To Safer Schools.com. Permission
for use granted (date granted).
This can be in set in small type but it must be readable to typical
users.

Animated use of trade or service marks will be approved only in highly
unusual cases. Keys To Safer Schools.com must be involved at the concept
development stage and reserves rights for its approval through the
execution phase.
Keys To Safer Schools.com encourages organizations that have been granted
permission to use trademarks and/or related marks in their Internet material
to use protection software that prevents others from downloading and
altering these images.

or slogan, or if you observe an inappropriate or questionable use, please
