Co-Trainer for the Houston, Tx - PDS
Training
W. Patrick Fuller
He has been employed as a peace officer continuously for the past thirty
years. Twenty-seven of those years have been served as a supervisor, with
the past seventeen as Chief of a large Texas Independent School
District Police Department. He has worked for municipal police agencies, a
county sheriff’s department, a district attorney’s office, and of course a
school district. During his career he has been assigned to every division
found in most departments. He has served in various supervisory capacities
from Sergeant to Chief.
His teaching experience includes the:
- Midland County Regional Training Academy,
- Midland College,
- University of Texas – Austin,
- CAPCO Regional Training Academy – Austin,
- A Texas Independent School District,
- certification courses for the Texas Association of School Business
Officials, and martial arts classes.
He has earned an AAS degree in law enforcement sciences; a B.A. in
Criminal Justice Management; and an M.A. in Education. In addition, he holds
a Master Peace Officer certification and an Instructor certification from
the state of Texas.
