Mr. Green is one of the Co-Founders of Keys To Safer Schools.com.  He is a Mental Health Therapist, Author, Trainer & Key Note Speaker in the area of School Violence Prevention.  He was the past Assistant Director of a State Youth Service Agency.  He provided oversight of the State’s Juvenile Incarceration Programs, wilderness camps.  He was charged with incarcerating the two Jonesboro School Shooters.  He is a retired 20 year Commissioned Military Officer with extensive military training.  He was trained as a Risk Assessment Officer,  bomb ordinances and developed curricula for Major Military Training Centers.  Click to learn more…

Sergeant Rutt serves as the Training Sergeant for a Canadian Police Force in Ontario, Canada.  Sgt Rutt is a Certified Training/Instructor and National Speaker in the area of Assessing the Potentially Dangerous Student, Immediate Action/Rapid Deployment, Defensive Tactics, Tactical Firearms. Sgt Rutt was awarded the Medal of Bravery in 2001 from Her Excellency the Right Honourable Adrienne Clarkson, Governor General of Canada for a police diving incident.  Click to learn more…
