Facilitators’ Training Model
The Facilitator’s Training model is based on the design of a Keys’ National/International training model.
Facilitators can be developed in two different ways:
- By Keys’ recognized Subject-Matter-Expert (SME) Trainers – training and developing highly skilled facilitators who would utilize the tools, skills and materials with their target audience one-on-one or in a group setting (teachers, students, parents, youth workers, law enforcement, SRO’s, Emergency Management Staff, etc)
- or by Local Subject-Matter-Expert Trainers – training and developing highly skilled facilitators who would utilize the tools, skills and materials with their target audience one-on-one or in a group setting. These Local SME Trainers are trained, developed and certified by Keys’ SME Trainers to develop Local Facilitators which will then use these skills, knowledge, programs and tools at the local level to bring about change with the entire local agency/district population (teachers, students, parents, youth workers, law enforcement, SRO’s, Emergency Management Staff, etc.).
